Ingredients:

Ciasto:
2 jajka
1/2 kostki palmy
1/2 szkl cukru
1 szkl i 2 łyżki mąki pszennej
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa serowa:
1 kg twarogu ( z Biedronki)
2 szkl cukru
1 kostka palmy
6 jaj
1 budyń waniliowy

Polewa:
1i1/2 szkl cukru
1/4 kostki palmy
4 cukry waniliowe
ok 3/4 szkl mleka
orzechy (grubo posiekane)
płatki migdałowe

Prepare instructions:

Składniki ciasta połączyć i dokładnie wyrobić,jeśli będzie za gęste dodać mleko.Wyłożyć na blaszkę. Żółtka ubić z cukrem, dodać tłuszcz i dokładnie wyrobić, dodawać po łyżce twarogu i budyń.Białka ubić na sztywno i połączyć z masą serową,wyłożyć na ciasto. Piec w piekarniku 1 i 1/2 godz w 160 st C.
Składniki polewy połączyć ze sobą i gotować w rondlu 10 min,tak aby było lejące. Orzecy i migdały wyjąć i rozłożyć na upieczonym cieście i polać przestudzoną polewą. PYCHA.

Z przepisu wynika że będzie to ciasto kruche, czy boki też trzeba wykleić ciastem i jaka blaszka bo sera jest kilogram?
