skrzydelka na sposob amerykanski

Ingredients:

-ok.1,5kg skrzydelek drobiowych lub 1kg palek z kurczaka

Skladniki do marynaty:

-3/4 szklanki sosu sojowego
-3/4 szklanki cukru
-3/4 szklanki wisni do ciasta lub konfitury z wisni (takiej w ktorej sa cale owoce)
-2 zabki czosnku
-1 lyzka musztardy

Prepare instructions:

Do sosu sojowego wsypujemy cukier, wisnie, czosnek (uprzednio obrany i rozdrobniony) i dodajemy musztarde. Wszystkie skladniki dobrze mieszamy aby cukier sie rozpuscil. Gotowa marynata polewamy skrzydelka i odkladmy je do lodowki na ok.1 godzine ( im dluzej skrzydelka stoja w marynacie tym lepiej).
Nastepnie skrzydelka przekladamy na tacke aluminiowa, zalewamy sosem w ktorym sie marynowaly i wkladamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 220C na ok.50min ( nogi drobiowe musza sie piec dluzej). Co jakis czas przewracamy drob, aby ze wszystkich stron dobrze sie upiekl.

Danie, mimo ze skladniki wydaja sie byc nieciekawe, jest naprawde pyszne i proste w wykonaniu!!! Skrzydelka czy nozki smakuja jakby piekly sie na grillu:)

Bardzo intrygujący przepis. Skrzydełka w słodkim, lepkim sosie. Na pewno wybróbuję. A tymczasem do Ulubionych!!!
