Śledzie marynowane w winie

Ingredients:

6 filetów śledziowych matjas, 1 1/2 papryczki chili, 2 średnie cebule, 150 ml czerwonego wytrawnego wina, 150 ml octu winnego, 13 dag cukru, 1/2 łyżeczki gorczycy, 1/2 łyżeczki kulek czarnego pieprzu, 1 listek laurowy, 1 goździk,

Prepare instructions:

Śledzie umyć, osuszyć i pokroić na kawałki. Papryczki pozbawić gniazd nasiennych i pokroić w paseczki. Cebulę obrać i pokroić w półplasterki. Do rondla wlać wino i ocet. Dodać cukier, przyprawy, papryczkę i cebulę. Zagotować. Dusić na małym ogniu 2 min. Wystudzić. Cebulę i papryczkę wyłowić łyżką cedzakową. Z pozostałej zalewy usunąć przyprawy. Śledzie układać w słoju warstwami na przemian z mieszniną cebuli i papryczki. Zalać zalewą. (Śledzie muszą być całkowicie przykryte zalewą). Słój umieścić w lodówce na minimum 2 dni.

Rewelacja!!! W końcu mam porządny przepis na marynowane śledzie.

w ramach eksperymentu i wobec braku wina wytrawnego- zastosowalem slodkie ( w koncu i tak ma byc dodatek cukru), a dodatkowo uzupelilem zalewe kaparami. Teraz sie maceruje - o wynikach powiem pozniej.
