Ingredients:

Zalewa:

380ml Wody

230ml Oleju

180ml Octu 10%

3 łyżeczki Cukru

6 ziaren Ziela ang.

5 Listków laurowych

kilka ziaren Pieprzu

2 duże Cebule

+ 1kg filetów Matiasa (wymoczonych ok 1godz)

(Można użyć Śledzi świeżych, niesolonych, wtedy do zalewy dodajemy 4 łyżeczki Soli)

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę kroimy w piórka.
W garnku gotujemy wodę z liśćmi i ziarnami.
Po kilku minutach dodajemy cebulę i gotujemy 4 minuty. Następnie dolewamy olej, ocet i wsypujemy cukier
(i sól jeśli robimy z niesolonymi śledzikami), mieszamy i odstawiamy do wystygnięcia.
Filety kroimy na mniejsze kawałki (jeśli używamy świeżych śledzi, to malutkie kroimy na pół, większe na małe dzwonka - ości praktycznie znikną po 2 dniach macerowania).
Śledzie układamy naprzemiennie: zalewa i filety, kończymy zalewą, musi ona zakrywać rybkę:)

Odstawiamy co najmniej na dobę w chłodnym miejscu.
