Ingredients:

1 kg surowych filetów śledziowych
600 ml papryki konserwowej
600 ml ogórków konserwowych
3 duże cebule
Ciasto:
1 jajko
3/4 szklanki wody
ok. 3/4 szklanki mąki
wegeta
sól
pieprz
Zalewa:
2 szklanki wody
4 łyżki octu
4 łyżki ketchupu
4 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
4 płaskie łyżki cukru
2 łyżki oleju
1 płaska łyżeczka soli

Prepare instructions:

Zrobić ciasto: do jajka dodać wodę, i taką ilość mąki aby ciasto nie wyszło zbyt rzadkie, ani zbyt gęste. Dodać przyprawy i wymieszać. Śledzie pokroić na kawałki o długości 3,4 cm, lekko posolić i maczać w cieście, a następnie smażyć na patelni, na rozgrzanym tłuszczu na złoty kolor. Cebulę pokroić w kostkę, zeszklić na jasny kolor, dodać paprykę pokrojoną w paski i ogórek pokrojony w kostkę, wymieszać. Śledzie układać w półmisu naprzemian z masą paprykowo-ogórkową. składniki zalewy połączyć i zagotować, a następnie gorącą zalewą zalać śledzie i odstawić w chłodne miejsce, aby ostygły. Przepis wystarczy na 2 średnie półmiski. Smacznego.
