Pytania mam 2 - czy można użyć innej ryby, np dorsz, mintaj, leszcz? i czy ona sie nie rozpadnie tak bez panierki i w dodatku pod przykryciem?. Pozdrawiam

czasami robię z dorsza a maja mama z mintaja (obie ryby w panierkach) ale smaże je bez przykrycia na średnio dużym ogniu i raczej się nie rozpadają:)
