Sola w cieście piwnym

Ingredients:

250 g mąki,
3 żółtka,
2 łyżki oleju,
1 l mocnego piwa,
3 białka, sól,
4 filety z soli,
pieprz,
2 łyżki mąki.
tłuszcz do głębokiego smażenia,
1 cebula,1 por,
60 g schłodzonego masła,
1/8 l wywaru rybnego

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę dokładnie wymieszać z żółtkami, olejem i 450 ml piwa. ciasto odstawić na 30 minut. Białko ubić ze szczyptą soli na sztywną pianę, dodać do ciasta i delikatnie wymieszać. Solę opłukać, osuszyć, każdy filet przekroić na poł lub pokroić na 4 kawałki. Rybę oprószyć solą i pieprzem. Obtoczyć w mące. Następnie zanurzyć w cieście piwnym i smażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu. Cebulę oczyścić i posiekać. Por oczyścić, umyć i pokroić w cienkie plasterki. Warzywa poddusić na 1 łyżce masła. Dodać pozostałą porcję piwa i wywar z ryb. Sos przetrzeć przez sito i gotować, aż odparuje połowa objętości, doprawić solą i pieprzem. Dodać wiórki masła. Solę udekorowaną koperkiem podawać z sosem i pieczonymi ziemniakami.

Jak wykonac ciasto piwne, a także jak wykonac wywar rybny, i ile to jest 1/8 wywaru. Chce spróbowac, bo jak sie czyta to apetyt rosnie
