sos śmietanowo-szpinakowy z orzechami włoskimi

Ingredients:

450g szpinaku mrożonego
100g orzechów włoskich
300g pieczarek
100g sera Dorblu albo rokfora(ważny mocny zapach)
2/3 łyżki smietany
1/2 łyżki masła
3/4 ząbki czosnku
pieprz
papryka ostra(sypana)

Prepare instructions:

1.Szpinak rozmrozić.Odlać wodę.
2.W tym samym czasie posiekać orzechy.
3.Pokroić pieczrki w grube plastry,podsmażyć na masełku,przyprawić pieprzem i papryką ostrą.
4.Rozgnieść ser widelcem.
5.Rozgnieść czosnek i posiekać
6.Do smażących się(ale już gotowych)pieczarek dodajemy szpinak,śmietanę,ser, orzechy i czosnek.Całość podgrzewamy do czasu kiedy ser się stopi.

Bardzo ważnym składnikiem sosu jest ser pleśniowy o mocnym zapachu,dlatego nie polecam Lazura,który wręcz psuje smak potrawy.

Zamiast pieczarek można użyć pokrojonej w paseczki szynki.

do czego sie podaje taki sos?

Sosik świetnie nadaje się do makaronów.Szczególnie do Tagiatelle szpinakowego lub jakiegoś kolorowego penne :)
Tak bardzo lubię ten sos że nawet używam go czasem do tostów :)
