Sosik grzybowy

Ingredients:

600 g grzybów leśnych (np. prawdziwki, podgrzybki, kozaki, kurki, gołąbki)
1 duża cebula
1 ząbek czosnku
2 łyżki śmietany 12%
1/2 łyżki mąki
1 liść laurowy
3 ziarenka pieprzu czarnego
1/2 kostki rosołowej
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę pokrojoną w półplasterki zeszklić na wodzie tak zwane smażenie na wodzie, dodać czosnek przeciśnięty przez praskę.

Włożyć do dużego garnka pokrojone grzyby, zalać wodą tak aby zakryć grzyby, dodać kostkę rosołową, liść laurowy, ziarenka pieprzu i gotować do miękkości grzybków jakby za dużo wody odparowało dodać odrobinę.

W mięndzy czasie mąkę rozmieszać ze śmietaną, jeśli powstaną grudki dodać odrobinę wody, zahartować i dodać do sosu cały czas mieszając.

Doprawić obficie pieprzem i solą do smaku. Podawać z ziemniakami
