Ingredients:

250g spaghetti
4 plastry boczku
4 plastry szynki
3 łyżki śmietany 12-18% [takie od serca - duże]
2 łyżki pesto

Prepare instructions:

porcja dla 2 osób
Spaghetti ugotować aldente - nie przelewać zimną wodą

W międzyczasie pokroić boczek w kostkę [lub w paski] i szynkę, podsmażyc na patelni. Jak już mięsko będzie rumiane, dodajemy śmietanę i pesto mieszamy. Chwilkę gotujemy i zdejmujemy z ognia, żeby się nam śmietana nie zważyła. Odcedzamy makaron i wrzucamy do sosu, mieszamy dokładnie. podajemy posypane serem [najlepszy jest parmezan ale z braku laku gouda też się nada]

taaaak, mój mąż też zwykle dosala . ja zdecydowanie wolę mniej słone - jak nie muszę to w ogóle nie używam soli.

ja również takie spaghetti robię i naprawdę rewelacja

fajny prosty przepis.tylko nie wiem czy mojemu M do gustu przypadnie bo on zielska nie trawi.I ja jak będę robić to dorzucę pół kostki rosołka i czosnek :) już dodałam do ulubionych
