Spaghetti z sosem śmietanowo-serowym - Szybkie

Ingredients:

250g spaghetti [albo tagliatele]
100g śmietany
pół szklanki startego żółtego sera [np.gouda]
4 plastry boczku
sól lub vegeta
pieprz czarny
oregano, bazylia

Prepare instructions:

Gotujemy makaron w lekko osolonej wodzie. A w międzyczasie:
1) kroimy boczek w kostke lub paski, smażymy na patelni na chrupiąco
2) mieszamy śmietanę z serem [startym na tarce o drobnych oczkach tarce], dodajemy przyprawy i mieszamy aby wszystkie składniki się równomiernie połączyły.
Ugotowany aldente makaron odcedzmy [nie przelewamy zimną wodą !!!] i wrzucamy do tego samego jeszcze ciepłego garnka, szybko do tego dodajemy mase śmietanowo-serową i mieszamy, aby ser się rozpuścił na gorącym makaronie [jeśli makaron jet już za chłodny i ser się nie rozpuszcza, postawić jeszcze na chwilę na gaz i mieszać do czasu rozpuszczenia sera]. I teraz juz można dodać boczek [wymieszać] i wykładać na talerze - PYCHOTA

Robialm ten makaronik dzisiaj, jest szybki w przygotowaniu, syty i co ważne - PYSZNY!!! POLECAM!!! autorce gratuluję pomysłu i pozdrawiam!
