Ingredients:

1 torebka puree przygotowana wg przepisu na opakowaniu
1 szklanka maki pszennej
3 kopiaste lyzki maki ziemniaczanej
3 jajka
100 g tartego sera zoltego
vegeta,pieprz,ulubione przyprawy
0,5 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
olej do smazenia

Prepare instructions:

Puree wlozyc do miski z pozostalymi skladnikami.Wszystko zmiksowac na gladka mase.Przyprawic do smaku.Opcjonalnie mozna dodac posiekana natke.
Na gleboka patelnie wlac olej (ok 2 cm).Lyzka umoczona w oleju nabierac niewielkie kluseczki.Smazyc na rozgrzanym tluszczu z obydwu stron na rumiano.Podawac np z barszczykiem lub polane dowolnym sosem.Smakuja dobrze zarowno na zimno jak i na cieplo.Jest to doskonala alternatywa na puree pozostale z wczorajszego obiadu.

Robiłam takie same krokieciki, tylko moje robiłam ze zwykłych ziemniaków, maczałam w jajku i tartej bułce.
Twoje Skopolendro, są zdecydowanie łatwiejsze do wykonania. Polecam wszystkim, bo smak mają rewelacyjny!!!!
