Mam pytanie - jak smakuje cykoria? Ma smak zbliżony do jakiegoś warzywa? Kwaśna, słodka, gorzka itp? Może pytanie wydaje się głupie, ale nigdy nie jadłam, a tej surówki może bym spróbowała, bo ładnie wygląda :)

Cykoria  ma w sobie trochę goryczki, ale nam smakuje. Bardzo dobra jest też sama cykoria, pokrojona, posypana solą,  pieprzem i zalana jogurtem:)

Dzięki. Hmm, to chyba nie w moim smaku, ale zaryzykuję :) do rzodkiewek się przekonałam to i cykorii pewnie da radę :)
