Ingredients:

składniki na 25-27 sztuk:
-350 g bakalii: orzechów włoskich, migdałów, rodzynek, fig, daktyli, moreli suszonych
-wiórki kokosowe do obsypania trufli
-ewentualnie 1 łyżka miodu płynnego (dodajemy, kiedy bakalie się nie skleją i nie powstanie jednolita masa)
-150 gram gorzkiej czekolady do oblania trufli

Prepare instructions:

Orzechy włoskie i migdały zmielic. Pozostałe bakalie drobno pokroić.

Zmieszać bakalie ze sobą, masa powinna być jednolita, w razie jeżeli by się nie połączyły składniki, dodać łyżkę miodu.

Uformowac kuleczki. Schłodzić je, po czym obtoczyć w czekoladzie.
Obtoczone kuleczki układac na tacy wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia.

Trufelki posypać kokosem. Są świetną alternatywą dla kutii, a przy tym pięknie się prezentują na wigilijnym stole.

jak wszystkie Twoje cudeńka i te zapisuję w ulubionych, mam w domku bardzo dużo bakali i na 100% spróbuje zrobić takie rtufelki na Święta :)))

Potwierdzam ^.- Robię bardzo podobne, ale zamiast miodu używam syropu daktylowego i czekoladowej polewy (czasami z jakimś aromatem - z reguły rumowy, albo pomarańczowy ^^) własnej produkcji ^^ Ślicznie wyglądają Twoje trufelki - myślę, że w smaku bardzo podobne do moich, dlatego mogę je śmiało polecić ^^

naprawdę pycha ( jak twierdzi mój mąż).... wyszło koło 20 kuleczek i zniknęły zanim zdążyłam pójść po aparat i zrobić zdjęcie
