Szarpaniec mojej mamy

Ingredients:

pół litra śmietany kremówki (30%)
5-6 łyżeczek żelatyny
cukier waniliowy
3 różne galaretki
cukier puder do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Dzień wcześniej: rozpuścić 2 galaretki- 1szkl. wody na jedną galaretkę i obie schłodzić.
Nazajutrz: rozpuścić żelatynę w pół szkl. przegotowanej wody i wystudzić, ubić śmietanę z cukrem pudrem (do smaku), dodać do śmietany żelatynę i cukier waniliowy-wymieszać. Wyjąć z lodówki wcześniej przygotowane galaretki i pokroić w grubszą kostkę, dodać do masy śmietanowej i lekko wymieszać. Wszystko to włożyć do formy. Rozpuścić trzecią galaretkę i jak już trochę stężeje wylać na wierzch masy śmietanowej. Można udekorować truskawkami lub innymi owocami. Formę z szarpańcem włożyć do lodówki do schłodzenia.

p.s. Jadłam też szarpańca w wersji z kawałkami biszkopta i jest równie dobre. Ciasto jest łatwe i szybkie w wykonaniu, bardzo gorąco polecam! Smacznego!

SUPER DESER woila-tak go nazwałam .Biszkoptami lużno wyścieliłam formę .PYSZNE.

Dano, szkoda, że nie zrobiłaś fotki. Ja już tak dawno tego nie robiłam ale może jak tylko się ociepli, to zabiorę się do szarpańca vel super deseru. Mam jakieś wrażenie, że ta słodkość pasuje na gorące dni, chyba dlatego, że podewana jest prosto z lodówki, haha. Cieszę się, że Ci samkowało! Pozdrawiam!
