Sznycle z piersi z kurczaka smażone w cieście

Ingredients:

2 filety z piersi kurczaka
3 jajka
4 łyżki startego sera żółtego
1/2 szklanki śmietany
4 łyżki mąki
2 łyżki oleju
Sos:
1 cebula
250 g pieczarek
5 dag szynki
1/2 szklanki gęstej śmietany
2 łyżki oleju
1/2 pęczka szczypiorku
1 ząbek czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Sos:
cebule pokroić w piórka, grzyby w ćwiartki, szynkę w paski. Szczypiorek i czosnek posiekać. Olej rozgrzać w rondelku, wrzucić cebulę, grzyby oraz szynkę, smażyć przez 3-4 minuty. Wlać śmietanę, dusić 10 minut. Dodać szczypiorek i czosnek. Przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Jajka, śmietanę i mąkę zmiksować. Dodać ser, przyprawić solą i pieprzem, wymieszać. Filety przekroić wzdłuż na pół, oprószyć solą i pieprzem. Olej rozgrzać na patelni. Mięso maczać w cieście, smażyć po 3-4 minuty z każdej strony. Sznycle podawać z sosem.

mięso wyszło soczyste, sos podałam z ryzem REWELACJA !!! tak się tym najadłam że nie miałam już sił na kurczaka :)
