Szybkie a la leczo

Very easy

Ingredients:

- Makaron (np.świderki) ok.25dkg na 2 os.
- 3 parówki (jakie kto lubi)
- 1 czerwona papryka
- 1/2 małej cebuli
- 7-8 pieczarek
- sos pomidorowy z paczki(np.Winiary) lub robimy sami
-3 łyżki oleju
-sól,pieprz,papryka czerwona ostra

Prepare instructions:

Makaron gotujemy jak na opakowaniu z solą i 1 lżkami oleju.
Parówki kroimy w półkrążki i smażymy na patelni na 2 łyżkach oleju.

Pieczarki obieramy i kroimy w półplasterki,papryke kroimy w cieńkie paski(ja obieram papryke ze skórki obieraczką do warzyw). Cebule kroimy w kosteczke i wszystkie składniki(cebula,papryka,pieczarki) wsypujemy na patelnie do usmażonych parówek. Smażymy ,aż papryka będzie miękka.
Posypujemy wszystko solą,pieprzem i papryką ostrą.

Zalewamy sosem pomidorowym ,gotujemy ok.5 min,doprawiamy do smaku i polewamy makaron potrawką.

Czekam na opinie,ja robie to danie jak nie mam czasu na dłuższą zabawe w kuchni, bo w pokoju czekają głodni domownicy!
