3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 szklanka oleju
1 szklanka maślanki
zapach arakowy (lub ulubiony)

Dowolne owoce

Kruszonka:

200g mąki
100g cukru
100g masła

Wszyskie składniki wsypujemy i wlewamy do miski mieszamy widelcem tak by się połączyły.
Trwa to dosłownie chwilę!!

Na wysmarowaną blachę lub tortownicę wylewamy ciasto, wykładamy owoce u mnie truskawki i kruszonkę.

Bardzo dobre i szybke ciasto piekłam już dwa razy .Wierzch smarowałam powidłami i wykładalam śliwki z kompotu

masz rację, za dużo oleju, dlatego aż 3 łyżeczki proszku by podnieść olejową i maślankową masę:( jak ktoś lubi, posmak olejowo-proszkowy...
