Lubię tahini, czasem sezam podprażam na szerokiej patelni z grubym dnem.Grunt, to nie za bardzo przyrumienić, tak ciut, ciut. Tahini ma super stosunek W+B+T. Ponadto zawiera sporo wapnia i innych takich:-).Jest polecany w diecie DDP.
