Ingredients:

woreczek (100 gram) ryzu
ok 15 dag pieczarek
1 mała cebula czerwona lub ewentualnie biała
mortadela z papryka około 10 dag (możebyć inna wedlina, szynka, parówki itp)
ser żółty ok 10 dag lub nawet troche mniej

troche oleju, przyprawy - papryka ostra w proszku, pieprz ziołowy, jakas wegeta itp

Prepare instructions:

ryż gotujemy według przepisu na opakowaniu, płuczemy zimną wodą na sitku, odsączamy
na patelni rozgrzewamy olej , wrzucamy na nią obrane , umyte, pokrojone w kostke pieczarki, lekko solimy i dusimy
po chwili wrzucamy na patelnie drobniutko posiekana cebulką, przyprawiamy troche pieprzem i wegetą, dusimy razem
następnie dorzucamy pokorjoną wedline (ja uzyłam mortadeli z papryką) i mieszamy , dalej trzymamy na patelni
gdy troche soku z pieczarek wyparuje wrzucamy ryz, wszystko bardzo dokładnie mieszamy, przyprawiamy ponownie według gustu

jesli trzeba mozna podlac odrobina oleju lub oliwy
teraz czas na ser zółty - kroimy drobniutko, przed końcem duszenia potrawy wsypujemy ser
mieszamy bardzo dokładnie, trzymamy na ogniu ok 2 minut , tak aby ser się rozpuscił i połaczył z pozostałymi składnikami
wszystko wykłądamy na talerz i jemy

z podanych skąłdników wychodzi - 1 duża porcja, mojemu bratu bardzo smakowała ta kombinacja,

Robię podobne danie tylko dodaję jeszcze kawałek papryki czerwonej lub żółtej a ryżu nie gotuję tylko przyrządzam według przepisu Janka http://www.gotowanie.wkl.pl/przepis19339.html. Mój mąż szaleje za tą potrawą - Polecam naprawde pycha!

ciekawy przepis, ja robie czasem rónież cos na styl risotto, ale nie zawsze chce mi się stać pół godziny przy kuchence i pilnować, żeby się nie przypalało
a to też niezle wychodzi, i zajmuje mało czasu i wkładu
