Ingredients:

5 płatów śledziowych a'la matjas
5 dużych ogórków konserwowych
1 strąk czerwonej papryki konserwowej
1 duża lub 2 małe ceblule
10 grzybków marynowanych
2łyżeczki ketchupu
2łyżeczki gęstego majonezu
1 łyżeczka musztardy
3 łyżeczki posiekanej pietruszki (może być mrożona)
słodka papryka, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Płaty śledziowe moczymy w wodzie, w zależności od tego jak są słone (ok.2 godz.)
Wymoczone śledzie kroimy w drobniutką kostkę.
Cebulę, paprykę, korniszony i grzybki siekamy na drobno, dodajemy do pokrojonych śledzi.
Całość doprawiamy ketchupem, majonezem i musztardą.
Dodajemy pietruszkę i przyprawy.
Schładzamy, podajemy w małych porcjach udekorowane wg uznania.

Super , wyśmienite, a tak to wogóle to nie rubcie tego bo śledziw sklepach zabraknie , a tak na serio pycha !!!!!
