Ingredients:

BISZKOPT
6jajek
1 szklanka mąki pszennej
1 szklanka cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
MASA
śmietana30%
cukier puder 2-3 łyżki
galaretka o dowolnym smaku
DEKORACJA
lukier plastyczny w kolorze;
czerwonym, niebieskim, czarnym, białym

Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT
białka ubic z cukrem, dodać żółtka a na końcu mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia. Ciasto przelać na blaszkę i piec około 30 minut w 180 stopniach.
Gdy przestygnie pokroić biszkopt na dwa nieduże prostokąty.
MASA
Schłodzoną śmietanę ubić z cukrem.
Galaretkę rozpuścić w 1/3 szklanki gorącej wody przestudzic i wlać do śmietany.
Bitą śmietaną przekładać tort.
Boki i wierzch również cienko posmarować masą.

DEKORACJA
Czerwonym lukrem obłożyć cały tort. Następnie z białego lukru powycinać elementy na okna, jak również z białego lukru zrobić wąż strażacki, zderzaki na przód i tył, drabinę oraz światła. Z czarnego lukru uformować koła, wycieraczki oraz zderzak na przodzie samochodu. Z niebieskiego zrobić dwa "koguty".
