Tort miętowy

Ingredients:

1 opakowanie blatów tortowych biszkoptowych ciemnych (można oczywiście samemu upiec biszkopt ciemny i podzielić go na 3 części)
2 czekolady gorzkie
1 czekolada deserowa
1 op czekoladek miętowych After Eight
5 op śmietany kremówki 30% po 250 ml
6 op śmietan fix

Prepare instructions:

750 ml śmietany podgrzewamy i rozpuszczamy w niej 3 czekolady.
zagotowujemy, studzimy i odstawiamy do lodówki.
500 ml śmietany podgrzewamy i rozpuszczamy w nie 15 płatków After Eight ( w opakowaniu jest ich około 20). Zagotowujemy, studzimy i odstawiamy do lodówki.
Po conajmniej 6 godzinach chłodzenia mas do każdej z nich dodajemy po 3 opakowania śmietan fixów i ubijamy mikserem na puszystą masę. Mimo że masa czekoladowa jest początkowo gęściejsza to się ubije.

Masą czkoladową przekładamy blaty biszkoptowe (można blaty nasączyć jak ktoś lubi) a masę miętową rozsmarowujemy na mierzchu i po bokach.
Tort można ozdobić pozostałymi płatkami miętowymi lub według uznania i fantazji.

Tort bardzo dobry,rzec by można wykwintny i orzeźwiający,aczkolwiek drogi.No chyba,że After Eighty zastąpimy rodzimymi pastylkami miętowymi.Pozdrawiam autorkę.
