Ingredients:

placki tortilla
0,5 kg miesa mielonego mieszanego
2 cebule
1 puszka kukurydzy
1/2 puszki czerwonej fasolki
5-6 lyzek ketchupu
2-3 zäbki czosnku
salata lodowa
majonez
2 pomidory
papryczki (u mnie pieprzowe- male,zielone papryczki ze sloika)
szczypta soli, pieprzu, curry, galki muszkatolowej,chili
oliwa

Prepare instructions:

Cebulke pokroic i przesmazyc na oliwie. Dodac drobno posiekany czosnek, nastepnie mieso. Doprawic.
Do cebulki i miesa dodac fasolke i kukurydze z puszki (wraz z sokiem!). Na sam koniec dodac ketchup i mocno zamieszac. Zostawic na malym ogniu, aby nieco "przeszlo" (pamietac o mieszaniu).

Wrapy smarowac majonezem, na kazdy klasc lisc salaty lodowej, na liscie mieso z kukurydza i fasolka. Dodac plasterek, dwa pomidora i papryczki. Zawinäc. Koncowki owinäc folia aluminiowä (dla wygody jedzenia).

Jest to porcja dla ok.6 osob.

Hej.
Polecam ten przepis, jest super. Wypróbowałam z małą różnicą. Wrapy posmarowałam dipem z jogurtu, majonezu, czosnku i ziół.
Pychotka.
Acha, ponieważ nie każdy lubi kukurydzę i fasolkę. Dodałem to indywidualnie do każdej tortilli a nie do mięska.

Przepis rewelacja. Troszkę go zmodyfikowalam. Dodałam mieszankę meksykańską. Zamiast majonezu sos czosnkowy. Jedzonko fantastyczne. Wszystkim baaaaaardzo smakowało. Już wylądował w ulubionych.
