Ingredients:

8 placków tortilla
1 duża pierś z kurczaka
1 puszka kukurydzy
1 puszka groszku(jeżeli lubimy)
3 łyżki oleju
2 ząbki czosnku przecisniętego przez praskę
1 łyżka sosu tabasco
sól
pieprz
oregano
Sos do zapieczenia:
15 dkg sera zółtego
śmietana kwaśna 200gram
1/4 łyżeczki ostrej papryki

Prepare instructions:

Kurczaka pokroić w kostkę ,obsmażyć na oleju na patelni,pod koniec dodać odsączoną kukurydzę i groszek ,dusić 10 min aż wyparuje woda.Posolić,posypać pieprzem ,dodać sos tabasco i resztę przypraw.

Placki tortilla,podgrzać w kuchence mikrofalowej lub obsmażyć krótko na teflonowej patelni.

Ciepłe placki zwijać w rożki,nadziewać farszem,zawinąć spód,układać w naczyniu żaroodpornym wysmarowanym oliwą z oliwek.

Polać sosem i zapiekać w nagrzanym piekarniku w 200°C około 15-20 min do zrumienienia i rozlania się sera.

Wykonanie sosu:
śmietanę wymieszać z tartym serem ,odrobinką soli i papryką.

Polecam tak zrobioną tortille,jest sycąca i bardzo smaczna:)

naprawdę inaczej! ciekawy pomysł ...

Zrobiłam dzisiaj tortillę wg Twojego przepisu - mojej rodzince ogólnie smakowało, ale jak dla mnie bez szału. Kukurydza i groszek bez dodatku żadnych innych warzyw sprawiły, że tortille wyszły słodkie i mocno zapychające, a pomimo większej niż w przepisie ilości sosu dość suche. Wrócę jeszcze do tego przepisu bo zdecydowanie ma potencjał, ale dodam na pewno jakieś warzywa typu papryka/pomidory i pomyślę nad zmodyfikowaniem sosu. Pozdrawiam !
