Ingredients:

* 3 jajka

* 3/4 szklanki cukru

* 1 duży cukier waniliowy lub 2 mniejsze

* 100g miękkiego masła

* 25g miękkiej margaryny

* szklanka mąki

* 3/4 szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej

* łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

* śliwki

Prepare instructions:

1. Jajka ubijamy z cukrem, po chwili dodajemy miękkie masło i margarynę. Ubijamy.

2. W misce mieszamy mąki z proszkiem do pieczenia, dodajemy do jajek przez sitko. Wszystko dokładnie miksujemy.

3, Umyte i przekrojone na pół śliwki układamy na cieście skórką do dołu. Pieczemy w 170 stopniach przez około godzinę.

Mmm... Wspaniałe ciasto na letni i jesienny podwieczorek. Kiedy jest jeszcze ciepłe w moim domu znika juz pół blaszki ;). Słodkie ciasto, które idealnie komponuje się z kwaśnym smaczkiem śliwek. Smacznego!
