Ingredients:

Na 6 trójkątów:

275 g ciasta francuskiego
200 g twarogu (nie musi być zmielony 3 razy)
2 łyżki cukru kryształu
1 jajko
cukier puder do posypania

*1 łyżka to ok 20 g

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto francuskie wałkujemy w prostokąt, albo rozwijamy (gdy mamy już kupione i rozwałkowane). Wycinamy kwadraty o wymiarach 13x13. Robimy nadzienie: biały ser wymieszać z cukrem kryształem. Nakładamy na kwadraty farsz (mniej więcej 1 łyżka). Składamy po przekątnej tak, aby wyszły nam trójkąty. Zlepiamy bardzo dokładnie, aby ser nam nie wyciekł podczas pieczenia (brzegi trójkątów można nawet zawinąć do góry). Powstałe trójkąty smarujemy roztrzepanym jajkiem i pieczemy w temperaturze 190ºC przez około 15 minut. Koperty mają być wyrośnięte i lekko zrumienione. Studzimy i następnie posypujemy obficie cukrem pudrem. Smacznego.

A nadaje sie tez quark bo z naszym polskim twarogiem Bo troche ciezko mam z kupiem?

Przepis super - polecam :-)

Ja dodatkowo do twarożku dodałam 14 opakowania budyniu waniliowego, wsypalam i wymieszalam. Smak był rewelacyjny :-)
