Zapiekanka na chlebku pita - PYCHA

Ingredients:

- chlebek pita (ja wykorzystalam z dodatkiem ziol i czosnku),

- sos pomidorowy/ketchup/przecier pomidorowy (ok.3 lyzek)
- 4 pieczarki,
- pol cebulki,
- kilka plasterkow pomidora,
- 4 plasterki salami(lub jakakolwiek ulubiona przez nas wedlinka),
- starty ser zolty,
- sol, pieprz, chilli, bazylia

Prepare instructions:

Cebulke kroimy w pol ksiezyce,podsmazamy z dodatkiem oleju na patelni,gdy sie zarumieni dodajemy pokrojone w plasteki pieczarki.

Chlebek pita smarujemy sosem pomidorowym,na niego kladziemy podsmazone pieczarki z cebulka,na to kolejno pokrojone na cwiartki plasterki salami oraz pomidora.
Calosc solimy,posypujemy pieprzem,papryka oraz bazylia.
Na wierzch kladziemy starty zolty ser,tak by przykryl caly chlebek.

Zapiekamy ok.10-15 min w piekarniku w temp.ok.200 stopni,do rozpuszczenia i zapieczenia sie serka....Oto koncowy rezultat.

Swietna i szybka przekaska na imprezy lub na kolacje.

bardzo ciekawa przekąska na pewno wypróbóję tylko muszę rozejrzeć się za takimi chlebkami
