Zapiekanka o smaku curry

Ingredients:

opakowanie makaronu (świderki, fale lub jaki akurat mamy pod ręką)
2 duże filety z kurczaka
puszka kukurydzy
papryka czerwona
300g. pieczarek
ketchup
carry
mleko (można zastąpić slodką śmietanką)
tarty ser żółty

Prepare instructions:

Makaron gotujemy na pół twardo, kurczaka kroimy w kostkę i podsmażamy na niewielkiej ilości oleju. Pod koniec smażenia solimy pieprzymy i dodajemy ok pół opakowania carry.
Pieczarki oczyszczamy, kroimy w plastry i podsmażamy krótko, aż puszczą sok, doprawiamy do smaku solą i pieprzem.
Wszystkie składniki zapiekanki dokładnie mieszamy. Calość doprawiamy ketchupem i carry, na koniec wlewamy ok pół szklanki mleka. Przekładamy do naczynia żaroodpornego i zapiekamy w piekarniku od 15 do 20 minut. Na koniec zapiekania obsypujemy żółtym serem i jeszcze na chwilkę wstawiamy do piekarnika.

Jeju jakie to pyszne.
To jedna z najsmaczniejszych rzeczy jakie jadłam w życiu. Taka niepozorna, ale od dziś bedzie królowac na moim stole. Polecam.

Cieszę się, że smakowało. U mnie w domku też bardzo ją lubimy, a i znajomi zajadają ze smakiem nawet ci którzy zażekali się że nie lubią curry ;)
