Ingredients:

# 70 dag ziemniaków
# 2-3 duże pomidory
#1/2 kg mięsa mielonego
#2 średnie cebule
#25 dag pieczarek
# 10-15 dag sera żółtego
#1 jajko
#1 duży jogurt naturalny
#sól pieprz
# bułka tarta ,
#olej i natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Pomidory sparzyc i obrac ze skóry , pokroic w krążki .Natkę umyc i posiekac drobno ,pieczarki obrac i pokroic w talarki, cebulę i ziemniaki obrac i pokroic w plastry . Jogurt doprawic solą i pieprzem , po czym wymieszac z mięsem jajkiem i natką pietruszki . Zaroodporne naczynie wysmarowac olejem . w naczyniu ułożyc warstwę ziemniaków ( połowę ) następnie plastry pomidorów cebulę pieczarki . Na to wszystko wyłożyc mięso , wierzch przykryc warstwą ziemniaków posypac bułką tartą , startym żółtym serem i zamknąc naczynie. Można też poukładc kilka wiórek masła żeby wierzch był bardziej chrupiący .

Gotową zapiekanką wstawic do nagrzanego piekarnika 220 st. C i piec aż ziemniaki na spodzie bedą miękkie a wierzch się zarumieni czyli ok godziny i troche .
