Ingredients:

-5 jajek
-1,5 szklanki cukru
-2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
-2,5 szklanki mąki
-1/2 szklanki oleju
-1 szklanka coca-coli
- 2-3 łyżki kakao

Prepare instructions:

Z białek ubić pianę, dodać cukier,żółtka, mąkę zmieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia, zmiksować. Bardzo wolno dolewać raz trochę oleju raz trochę coli aż do wyczerpania oleju i coli. Ciasto podzielić na pół. Do jednej części wsypać kakao, wymieszać. Do drugiej dodać 2-3 łyżki mąki. Ciasto cienką strużką wlewać na środek tortownicy, na początek trocję jasnego, na jasne trochę ciemnego i tak na przemian cały czas na środek, aż do wyczerpania obu ciast. W czasie wlewania nie należy ruszać tortownicą, przenosić i poprawiać. Piec około 1 godziny. Po upieczeniu można posypać cukrem pudrem.

nie 1 szklanka , tylko pół szklanki oleju . wybaczcie ,że nie napisałam ile tego oleju
