ziemniaki pieczone z gzikiem

Very easy

Ingredients:

ZIEMNIAKI PIECZONE:
- 3-4 średniej wielkości ładne ziemniaki na osobę;
- olej.

GZIK:
- 20 dag tłustego białego sera;
- 1/4 szklanki kwaśnej śmietany 18%;
- 1/5 szklanki wody mineralnej z gazem;
- sól;
- cebulka dymka ze szczypiorkiem (lub cebula i szczypiorek).

DODATKOWO:
- masło czosnkowe (patrz przepisy 555);
- masło;
- gruba sól.

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki (w łupinach) dokładnie wyszorować szczoteczką. Osuszyć, posmarować olejem. Ułożyć na kratce, wstawić do mocno nagrzanego piekarnika, piec do miękkości (ok. 60 minut).

Przygotować gzik: ser zgnieść widelcem, wymieszać na gładką masę ze śmietaną i wodą mineralną. Dodać drobno pokrojoną dymkę (cebulkę i szczypior), posolić do smaku, wymieszać.

Upieczone ziemniaki wyjąć na miskę. Podawać z gzikiem, masłem czosnkowym i zwykłym i grubą solą. Dla mnie najsmaczniejsze są chrupiące łupiny. :))

oj Kochana, przypomniałaś mi wakacje w dzieciństwie u babci w Poznaniu. Jakże przebierałam nogami na wieść o pyrkach z gzikiem na kolacjykę. Wczoraj zrobiłam. Wrażenie... pycha! niczym babeczki Prousta.... Dzięki. Pzdr.A.

Ja do gziku dodaję , świeże listki pociętej mięty lub zimą miętę suszoną . Ziemniaki zwyczajnie gotuję i podaje z gzikiem .
