Ingredients:

* 500g. makaronu o wyglądzie ryżu
* puszka kukurydzy
* puszka konserwowych, małych kukurydz (kolby)
* 700g. piersi z kurczaka
* curry dobrej jakości
* majonez
* jogurt grecki lub naturalny mały
* sól, pieprz, naturalna wegeta, wiórki czosnkowe
* szczypiorek
* oliwa z oliwek

Prepare instructions:

Piersi zamarynuj w wegecie, pieprzu i dużej ilości curry( ja daję całą paczuszkę) oraz oliwie.

Smaż ja na złoto. Pokrój w drobną kostkę.

Ugotuj makaron.

Do miski wsyp przestudzony makaron, odcedzoną kukurydzę zwykłą. Kolby pokrój na talarki, dodaj do sałatki. Piersi wraz z oliwą (2 łyżki nie więcej) na której się smażyły przesyp do sałatki.

Jogurt rozrób z taką samą ilością majonezu. Wsyp razem z posiekanym szczypiorkiem do wcześniej przygotowanych składników.

I gotowe!

Sałatka jest nazywane przeze mnie "złotą" ponieważ spora ilość curry wspaniale barwi biel makaronu i majonezu z jogurtem

Może niedowidzę ale na zdjęciu sałatki widać raczej makaron w kształcie ryżu a nie makaron ryżowy.... może sie myle?

Rzeczywiście, pomyliłam się- dziękuję za uwagę i już poprawiam. To makaron w wyglądzie ryżu a nie makaron ryżowy.
