Zupa bułgarska z kluseczkami serowymi

Ingredients:

0,5 kg cukini,
2 czerwone papryki i jedna żółta,
1 duża cebula,
kostka rosołowa,
0,3 kg zółtego sera,
bułka tarta,
1 jajko,
cząber,
sól, pieprz,
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Cukinię pokroić w 0,5 cm plastry, a nastepnie ćwiartki (nie obierać skórki). Z papryki wyciąć gniazda nasienne i pokroić w kostkę. Cebulę obrać i pokoić w kosteczkę. Na patelni rozgrzać troche oleju i podsmażyć warzywa, stopniowo podlewająć wodą. Gdy bedą lekko miękkie przyprawić solą i pieprzem, następnie przełożyć do garnką, podlać wodą, tak, aby woda przynajmniej przykryła warzywa. Dodac kostkę rosołową, dusić i na koniec dodać cząber. W międzyczasie przygotować kluseczki serowe. Ser zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach. W talerzu rozbełtać jajko, dodać bułkę tartą i ser. Masę dokładnie wymieszać, następnie formować niewielkie kulki, rozpłaszczać je i wrzucać do gotującej się zupy. Zupę podawać z warzywami i kluseczkami. SMACZNEGO!

A jak ktoś ma starą cukinię taką z twardą skórką to też nie obierać?

witaj, proponuje użyć młodej cukini z miękką skórką. Jeśli masz cukinie z twardą skórką, to lepiej ją obierz lub - jesli chcesz ze skórką- pokrój cukinie ze skórka na drobne kawałki. smacznego!
