wloszczyzna(2 marchewki,kawalek selera,por;jasna czesc),
2 listki laurowe,
2 peczki koperku,
1/2 szkl.slodkiej smietanki 18%,
2 lyzeczki maki,
1 torebka ryzu ugotowanego na sypko,
sol,pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Mieso umyc i zalac 6 szkl.zimnej wody,dodac vegete i zagotowac na malym ogniu.Wrzucic listki laurowe,marchew i seler obrac,umyc i marchewke pokroic w kostke seler zetrzec na tarce natomiast por umyc i pokroic w cienkie krazki.Koperek umyc osuszyc i posiekac i polowe razem z wloszczyzna dodac do zupy.
Gotowac na malym ogniu do chwili gdy mieso bedzie miekkie.
Mieso wyjac i pokroic w cienkie paski.Smietane wymieszac z maka rozprowdzic kilkoma lyzkami lekko ostudzonej zupy wlac do garnka i podgrzac na niewielkim ogniu do chwili gdy zupa zgestnieje.Dodac mieso ryz i pozostaly koper.Doprawic.
