Zupa serowa z grzankami

Ingredients:

1/2 opak. włoszczyzny mrożonej (Hortex ortika paski)
2 kostki drobiowe Knorr
3-4 kostki ( 100g ) serka topionego (ja daję 3 edamskie+ 1 gouda)
1/2 kubka śmietany 12%
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
gałka muszkatałowa
sól,m pieprz

2 weki pszenne

Prepare instructions:

Baaaardzo prosta zupa dla niespodziewanych gości.
Mrożoną włoszczyznę zalać wodą ok.1,5 l. Dodać kostki z knorra i ugotować do miękkości. Równocześnie na patelni roztopić serki topione można je podlać łyżką wody i pilnować, żeby się nie przypaliły. Miękkie warzywa zmiksować blenderem i tym wywarem rozprowadzić rozpuszczone serki i wlać do garnka z zupą. Ze śmietany i mąki przygotować zawiesinę, rozmieszać ją zupą i dodać do garnka. Zupa powinna mieć po zawrzeniu konsystencję kremu. Doprawić solą, pieprzem i gałką (najlepiej świeżo tartą). Można dodać vegety. Weki pokroić w kostkę ok 1x1cm i zrumienić w piekarniku. Zupę podawać w bulionówkach lub na talerzu i tuż przed jedzeniem dodać grzanki.

co to sa weki pszenne??? Moze jestem za mloda ale wydaje mi sie ze weki to przetwory w sloikach, ale przenne??? Przepis wydaje sie interesujacy ale prosze o wyjasnienie :) dobrego dnia!

Weka pszenna to rodzaj pieczywa ;) taka długa bułka pszenna

nie bagietka jest bardziej "puchata" weka jest taka jak bułka pszenna np. kajzerka
