Krem brokułowo - serowy

Ingredients:

350 g brokułów

2 duże ziemniaki

1 cebula

1-2 ząbki czosnku

3 łyżki oleju

150 g śmietankowego serka topionego

1 litr wody

2 warzywne kostki rosołowe

150 ml śmietanki 18% do zup

sól, pieprz, szczypta ostrej mielonej papryki

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać, pokroić w drobną kostkę. Cebulę także pokroić w kostkę.

Na patelni rozgrzać olej. Wrzucić pokrojone ziemniaki i cebulę. Następnie dodać wyciśnięty przez praskę czosnek. wszystko smażyć ok. 5 minut, po czym dodać podzielone na różyczki brokuły. Smażyć jeszcze ok 3-4 minuty.

W garnku zagotować wodę. Dodać kostki rosołowe i przesmażone warzywa. Przyprawić solą, pieprzem i szczyptą mielonej papryki. Gotować wszystko ok. 25 minut. Po tym czasie zupę zmiksować blenderem na krem. Na końcu dodać śmietankę.

Mam, bardzo podobny przepis, krem jest pyszny :) zazwyczaj podaję z grzankami.

Bardzo, bardzo dobra. W jednej z wersji zamiast cebuli użyłam białej części pora. Na talerzu posypuję natką pietruszki. Podaję z groszkiem ptysiowym.
