Dietetyczna zupa krem z brokułów

Ingredients:

1 brokuł (waga ok 500 g)
1 duża cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
2 szkl. bulionu (najlepiej warzywnego, ale może być także z kury)
1/2 szkl. mleka 0,5 %
2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
sól
świeżo zmielony czarny pieprz
2 łyżki świeżego soku z cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Dieta South Beach jest bardzo znaną dietą w USA, w Polsce mniej spotykana ale dająca niesamowite efekty. Potrawy przygotowywane zgodnie z SB smakują wręcz wyśmienicie! Polecem krem z brokułów każdemu nie tylko odchudzającym się! :)

W średnim garnku rozgrzać oliwe z oliwek. W międzyczasie posiekać dość drobno cebule i przecisnąć przez preskę czosnek. Wrzucić cebulę z czosnkiem i gotować ok 7 min.
Brokuł umyć pokroić dość grubo różyczki oraz łodygi. Wrzucić do pozostałych składników zalać bulionem oraz mlekiem. Dokładnie wymieszać, doprowadzić do wrzenia. Gotować na małym ogniu, częściowo odkryte około 25-30 min do miekkości brokuła.

Następnie blenderem lub nożykiem z miksera-miksować na gładką masę.
Podgrzać dodać soku z cytryny. Podawać na ciepło.

dla mnie bomba, lekkie i co ważne aromatyczne, nie jest bez smaku. Przepis na stałe zagości w menu.
