Mi też opadł. Po raz trzeci ,dzisiaj też piekłam (jestem uparta).Piana jest sztywna i mieszam ją tak jak pisałaś. Nie wiem co to może być ;).Studzę w lekko uchylonym piekarniku. Opada tak bardzo, że ciasto przed włożeniem do piekarnika jest chyba wyższe ;))).
