Zajadalam sie tym ciastem maksymalnie i wbrew pozorom wcale nie jest slodkie, a za masami i budyniami tak naprawde mozna eksperymentowac, moj mama na przyklad zrobila z biala czekolada i innym smakiem budyniu, co jeszcze spotegowalo smak do fenomenalnego :)

"Zamiast ricotty proponuję bryndzę. Ma ostrzejszy smak i prawie całkowicie się rozpuszcza. Można też użyć sera feta"....... a ja proponuja na przyklad ser gorgonzolla (nie wiem czy akurat tak sie pisze nazwe), ale ten ser jest wysmienity do szpinaku, i w ogole do wszelakich sosow na przyklad.
