Ja robię je z małymi modyfikacjami: II placek podpiekam z dżemem i na to piana z białek z cukrem bez wiórek kokosowych, ale za to posypana sezamem i zapieczona. Kremu z chałwą nie podgrzewam, ale za to robię to ciasto 2 dni przed podaniem (aby zmiękły ciasta) i trzymam je w lodówce.
