Uff, ulżyło, Megi - bardzo dziękuję za odpowiedź, bałam się że coś sknociłam, pozdrawiam serdecznie wszystkich "pierniczących"

Witam. Upiekłam blaty tego piernika dwa dni temu i wcale nie stwardniały. Są mięciutkie i pulchne, w smaku obłednie dobre. Coś chyba  zrobiłam nie tak chociaż ściśle trzymałam się przepisu. Boję się, że zamiast kruszeć to wyschną do świąt. Poradźcie coś, proszę.

Ja dodaję jeszcze pestki słonecznika - podsmażam je z cebulą i mięsem, a zamiast soi może być puszka białej fasoli, nawet tej w sosie pomidorowym. I koniecznie zioła prowansalskie. Zupa po prostu rewelacja, pozdrawiam.
