500 g czerwonej papryki,
1 baklazan,
1 cebula,
2 zabki czosnku,
1 straczek chilli,
2 lyzki oliwy z oliwek,
2 lyzki soku z cytryny,
sol,pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Podgrzac piekarnik do temperatury 250°C.
Przypiec w piekarniku papryki i baklazan ok.15 min.az skorka sie zmarszczy i zaczna pokazywac sie babelki.
Nic sie nie stanie jesli zrobi sie czarna.
Na 10 min.polozyc papryke i baklazana pod wilgotna sciereczke,zeby mozna bylo latwiej zdjac skorke.Potem papryke przekroic na pol,usunac pestki i skorke.Rowniez baklazana przekroic na pol i obrac ze skorki.Drobno posiekac warzywa ale nie miksowac wymieszac z 1 lyzka oliwy sokiem z cytryny.

Obrac cebule zabki czosnku i pokroic w drobna kostke.Papryczke chilli przekroic na pol usunac pestki i pokroic w drobne paseczki.
Pozostaly olej podgrzac na patelni i poddusic na nim cebule czosnek i chilli.Wymieszac z ajwarem i doprawic pieprzem oraz sola.

Podawac do mies drobiu ryb przekasek i ryzu.

Myślę, że warto byłoby upiec także czosnek, po upieczeniu jest kremowy i traci swoją ostrość.
Zrobię na pewno Twój ajwar, dotychczas robiłam puree z papryki, ale myślę, że dodatek bakłażana jest wskazany.
