Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1 szklanka cukru
4 jajka
6 łyżek kwaśnej śmietany
1 łyżka płaska amoniaku
2 łyżki roztopionego masła
mąki tyle aby ciasto można było smarować łyżką(ok 5-6 łyżek)

Krem:
może być taki jak do kremówek lub karpatek

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić,dodać cukier,żółtka .Następnie dodać śmietanę wymieszaną wcześniej z amoniakiem,mąke a na końcu letnie masło.
Upiec z tego na złoty kolor 3 placki (33x22cm forma ,mierzyłam dno).

Po wystudzeniu przełożyć kremem.

Wierzch posypać cukrem pudrem lub udekorować na swój sposób.
