Wystarczy dodać troszkę więcej mleka w proszku, albo ja pakuję do takiej masy pokruszone herbatniki, czasem posiekane orzechy a nawet jak nie mam nic innego pod ręką trochę kokosu.

ja robię masę na maśle, najlepsze jak dla mnie jest do tego kerrygold, a dodanie  więcej mleka w proszu to dobra opcja.  Bakalie też osobiście dodaję, czasem też kandyzowaną skórkę pomarańczową.

Masa jest bardzo dobra, ja dodalam herbatnikow i sie zrobilo gestniejsze.

Ja dodaje 3/4 szkalnki zwyklego mleka, 1 1/2 tego w proszku i zamiast margaryny - maslo. Wtedy masa ma odpowiednia dla mnie konsystencje. To moje wlasne modyfikacje, wypracowane przez wiele prób, na kanwie wlasnie tego przepisu. Dzieki !

ja robię podobne ciacho, tyle że bez kakao a z bakaliami :)
