25 dkg masla lub margaryny,
25 dkg cukru,
5 jajek,
25 dkg maki,
25 dkg (kostka ) sera philadelphia,
cukier waniliowy,
1 lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia,
sok z jednej cytryny.

Mozna dodac aromat cytrynowy (wowczas babka bedzie cytrynowa)

Prepare instructions:

Margaryne z cukrem ucieramy na srednich obrotach do bialosci i dodajemy po jednym jajku,cukier waniliowy,serek,sok z jednej cytryny oraz make polaczona z proszkiem do pieczenia.Dobrze jesli wylejemy ciasto do odpowiedniej formy ,specjalnie przeznaczonej do pieczenia babek.Uprzednio forme posmarowac delikatnie tluszczem i podsypac lekko bulka tarta.Wlozyc do nagrzanego piekarnika i piec okolo 30-40 min. w tem.190-200 st C.Po upieczeniu posypac cukrem pudrem. Babka smakuje lepiej,jesli po wystygnieciu wlozymy ja do lodowki.

Babka bardzo smaczna.Dodam tylko, ze dodalam polamane kawalki gorzkiej czekolady do srodka i upieklam w automacie do chleba (Panasonic). Polecam
