Sporo ostatnio eksperymentuję z róznego rodzaju błeczkami. Spróbuję Twoje bajgle (to żydowska nazwa, co nie?). Tak myślę, żeby połowę ciasta zrobić tylko z mąki razowej i bez cukru, a drugą na słodko. Oczywiście dam znać, jakie rezultaty.
