Ingredients:

2 - bakłażany

1 papryka czerwona

1 cebula

łyżka masła

puszka pomidorów

ok. 30 - 40 dag mięsa mielonego

woreczek ryżu

curry ( ja używam firmy PRYMAT)

zioła prowansalskie

sól, pieprz

ser żółty

Prepare instructions:

Bakłażany myjemy, rozcinamy na pół, wydrążamy miąższ, przepłukujemy wodą, solimy wydrążone bakłażany i odstawiamy na kwadrans.

Drobnopokrojony miąższ przekładamy na sito i również solimy - pozostawiamy do odsączenia.

Ryż gotujemy z dodatkiem łyżeczki curry "al dente".

Paprykę i cebulę kroimy w kosteczkę, które potem nalezy lekko zeszklić na maśle.

Mięsko smażymy bez tłuszczu z dodatkiem soli i pieprzu, następnie dodajemy rozgniecione pomidory,ryż, papryke i cebulkę oraz przelany wodą i odsączony miąższ (ja dodaję połowe z całości wydrążonego miąższu, ale jeśli ktoś uwielbia bakłażany to może dodać całość) - doprawiamy ziołami prowansalskimi do smaku i chwileczkę gotujemy razem ciągle mieszając.

Bakłażany przelewamy wodą i osuszamy papierowym ręcznikiem, wypełniamy farszem i posypujemy startym serem.

Tak przygotowane bakłażany układamy badź na blaszce pokrytej folią aluminiową bądź w naczyniu żaroodpornym ( w zależności czym dysponujemy) i zapiekamy ok. 30 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.

a czym to paasuje podac, bo na obiad tak solo to moj maz nie zaspokoi zoladka, dzieki z gory

Możesz podac na przykład z ziemniaczkami, albo z pieczywem:) Zresztą, wydaje mi się że jak zje takie 2 połóweczki jak na zdjęciu to naje się wystarczająco bo są syte, pozdrawiem ! :)
