barszczyk jest pyszny,ale ja dodaję
jeszcze 2 ząbki czosnku przeciśnięte
przez praskę co poprawia smak.

ja dodaje przecisniety czosnek i sporo majeranku do barszczyku niezabielanego (wtedy w ogole rezygnuje ze smietany, a z miesa robie farsz do pierogow lub pasztecikow - przepisy w moich przepisach)..

Uwielbiam barszcz czerwony,ale takiego jak gotowala moja babcia chyba nigdy juz nie zjem
