barszcz z kiszonej kapusty-polecam

Ingredients:

30 dag kapusty kiszonej
30 dag mięsistych wędzonych żeberek
2 ząbki czosnku
1/2 szklanki 18% kwaśnej śmietany
łyżka posiekanej natki
łyżka mąki
kilka grzybków suszonych/ podniosą smak barszczyku/
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę pokroić, włożyć do garnka. Żeberka podzielić na kawałki, dodać do kapusty.Grzybki namoczyć i także dodać do kapusty i żeberek. Zalać 2 litrami wody i gotować na małym ogni 1i1/2 godziny. Czosnek posiekać, żeberka wyjąć, usunąć kości, mięso pokroić w kawałki i włożyć z powrotem do garnka. Śmietanę wymieszać z mąką i kilkoma łyżkami wywaru. Wlać do zupy, wymieszać i zagotować.Przyprawić do smaku czosnkiem, solą i pieprzem. Przed podaniem posypać natką.

Barszczyk jest tani a w smaku super.

przepraszam, a dlaczego barszcz a nie kapuśniak po prostu?

Prawdę mówiąc nie zastanawiałam sie nad tym, ale babcia ze strony mojego ojca mówiła kapuśniak, ze strony mamy barszcz. Przepraszam- JAK ZWAŁ TAK ZWAŁ- jest to po prostu ZUPA. SMACZNEGO!!!

Wedlug mnie ten przepis jest na kapusniak. Barszczu nie gotuje sie na wedzonym zeberku tylko na surowym , najlepiej boczku lub wogole bez. Co nie oznacza ze Twoj przepis na kapusniak jest ok. Pyycha:)
